We’ve had a very committed five year relationship with our original menu of grilled cheese sandwiches, and it’s high time to play the field again.
Chef Cory Estelle, formerly of Sunnyside’s Venturo, recently joined the Kickshaw team and is leading the charge to revamp the entire menu. You’ll see some Southeast Asian influence on the menu as he recently travelled through the region for four months.
- We’ll be offering an all-day menu of grilled cheese sandwiches, toasts, and other shareables.
- Almost all items will be under $10, with the exception of a couple off-menu and limited-quantity dishes.
- Chef is making his own mozzarella in-house. Check out his Soft Egg in Burrata which is literally a soft boiled egg inside a ball of burrata. Heck, yes.
To launch the new menu, we’re hosting a night market style event for dinner on Monday 6/27 and Tuesday 6/28. Most of the new dishes (at slightly smaller portions) will be available for $6 each. All are welcome to this pay-as-you-go event.
